We don't collect your financial data.
Easyacc.app is a desktop application. Your transactions, balances, and reports are created and stored only on your own computer — they are never sent to us, and we have no way to see them.
We keep only the information needed to fulfill your purchase.
For customers who purchase, we retain the email address needed to send verification codes, receipts, software download links, and important update notices. We do not sell this information. Stripe processes your payment and Resend delivers our transactional emails, so these service providers process your email address only as needed to provide those services. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Information we do not collect
To be explicit, Easyacc.app does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on our servers:
- Your financial data — transactions, amounts, balances, categories, and reports never leave your computer.
- Personal identifiers — we do not ask for your name, address, or phone number to use the app.
- Usage analytics — we do not track which screens you open, what you click, or how often you use the app.
- Location data — the app does not request or record your location.
Where your data lives
Your ledgers, entries, and settings are saved as files on your own device — you decide where they go and where backups are kept. Easyacc.app runs fully offline, with no cloud sync and no user account on our systems. If you delete the app, your data goes with it; we keep no copy because we never received one.
Payment and email service providers
Stripe handles payment processing and may collect the billing information required to complete your purchase and issue a receipt. Resend processes your email address and the contents of our transactional messages to deliver verification codes, receipts, download links, and essential purchase-related notices. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
