We don't collect your financial data.
Easy Account Pro is a desktop application. Your transactions, balances, and reports are created and stored only on your own computer — they are never sent to us, and we have no way to see them.
The only thing we keep is your email.
For customers who purchase, we keep just your email address — used solely to send your software download and update notices. It is never used for anything else, and never sold or shared. Payment itself is handled by our payment processor, so we never see your card details.
Information we do not collect
To be explicit, Easy Account Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on our servers:
- Your financial data — transactions, amounts, balances, categories, and reports never leave your computer.
- Personal identifiers — we do not ask for your name, address, or phone number to use the app.
- Usage analytics — we do not track which screens you open, what you click, or how often you use the app.
- Location data — the app does not request or record your location.
Where your data lives
Your ledgers, entries, and settings are saved as files on your own device — you decide where they go and where backups are kept. Easy Account Pro runs fully offline, with no cloud sync and no user account on our systems. If you delete the app, your data goes with it; we keep no copy because we never received one.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
